En partenariat avec la Bar Association of India, le Barreau de Paris vous propose un webinaire offrant un regard croisé sur l’exercice de la profession et l’arbitrage entre l’Inde et la France.
La dynamique des échanges entre les deux nations, renforcée par la signature de l’accord de libre-échange UE-Inde, génère de nombreuses opportunités de développement pour les professionnels du droit.
Des avocats parisiens et indiens interviendront au cours de ce webinaire afin de présenter les spécificités des pratiques en France et en Inde, dans le but de renforcer les connaissances des consœurs et confrères souhaitant développer leur activité en direction de l’autre pays.

In partnership with the Bar Association of India, the Paris Bar Association is offering a webinar providing a comparative perspective on the practice of law and arbitration in India and France. The dynamic exchange between the two nations, strengthened by the signing of the EU-India Free Trade Agreement, is creating numerous development opportunities for legal professionals. Lawyers from Paris and India will speak during this webinar to present the specific features of legal practice in France and India, with the aim of enhancing the knowledge of colleagues seeking to expand their practice into the other country.
